A better record.
A better conversation.
You don’t need a wearable to start keeping context. Use these simple prompts to write down what happened and what you want to ask at your next appointment.

Seven days. A few notes.
- Write the time and a brief description of meals and drinks.
- If you notice discomfort, note when it started and describe it in your own words.
- Add context you remember: sleep, a busy day, movement, or a change in routine.
- Mark missed entries as missed. You don’t need to reconstruct the whole day.
- At the end, choose two questions to discuss with a qualified practitioner.
A diary can help you recall events. It cannot establish which food caused a symptom. Keep your usual care plan; this is not a reason to restrict foods or change medication.
Bring questions,
not a self-diagnosis.
- What is bothering me most, and how does it affect my day?
- When did it begin? Is it changing?
- What have I already tried, including medicines or supplements?
- What would be useful to record next, and for how long?
- What changes should prompt me to seek care sooner?
Keep the completed diary private and share it directly with your practitioner if you choose. Do not send medical records through our marketing forms.
Where AGNI stands.
ANTRAM has a working engineering prototype and is incubated at SRM BioNEST. Our next work is to assess recording reliability, interference, repeatability and comfort, then whether the wearable adds useful information beyond a diary.
Clinical usefulness has not been established. The website’s synthetic demo and credited external recordings are not evidence of AGNI’s performance.
